CROSSROADS MID AND WEST WALES (October 2014) To relieve the stresses experienced by carers through a weekly respite club for people with dementia.
CONTACT THE ELDERLY (August 2014) To relieve the loneliness and isolation of old age by providing isolated elderly with firm social networks through monthly tea parties run by small groups of volunteers at their homes.
BLIND VETERANS UK (August 2014) To ensure that nobody who has served our country should have to battle blindness alone.
CLONTER FARM MUSIC TRUST (January 2014) To provide community outreach programmes for the elderly.
